Parts-Wise respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. We use your information to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. Otherwise we will only use personal information with your consent. Parts-Wise will not sell your personal details and these will only be available to third parties that are involved in processing your order.
Parts-Wise uses the collected client data to offer clients the following services:
- When you make an order, we need your name, email address, shipping address and payment details in order to keep you informed of the progress of the order
- With your permission we use your information to inform you about the development of the website and special offers. If you no longer wish to be informed, please let us know by sending an e-mail to info@parts-wise.nl
- Information about using our site and the feedback we receive from our visitors helps us to further improve and develop our site.
If you complete a contact or newsletter registration form on the website, or send us an email, the data you send us will be retained for as long as required by the nature of the form or the content of your email for the complete answering and processing thereof. We apply the following retention periods:

Website visitor data and Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track website visits and to analyse how effective our online advertisements are. The data is used for statistical analysis of visitor and click behaviour on the Parts-Wise website. We also use it to optimise the functioning of the website. In addition, we have set Google Analytics as privacy-friendly, so that IP addresses are anonymised and data is sent over a secure connection.
We have a processor agreement with Google. The statistical data is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in Europe and the United States. Read Google's privacy policy for more information, as well as the specific Google Analytics privacy policy. Google has specific pages for information on how Google is compliant with the GDPR: Google Cloud and the GDPR and Google's activities in the field of data protection.
Google uses this information to keep track of how our website is used, to provide us with reports about the website and provide Parts-Wise as an advertiser with information on the effectiveness of our campaigns. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or where such third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this.
Automatically obtained information
We use your IP (Internet Protocol) address to analyse problems with our server and to administer our website.
Newsletter
We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties every month about news in the field of online marketing, our services and any related matters. Your email address is only added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission. Each newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. Until then, the data will be retained. The subscriber database of the newsletter is not provided to third parties.
We use MailChimp to process the data that is provided by the completion of the forms.
Processor Agreement
We have concluded processor agreements, or shall enter into processor agreements in advance, with all companies that process data for us. This prescribes, among other things, the objective for which the personal data may be processed and what security measures must be taken at the location where the personal data is retained. It also states that those who process the data must deal confidentially with this and may not process it independently for a completely different purpose other than stated in the processor agreement.
Parts-Wise does not sell your information
Parts-Wise will not sell your personal information to third parties. Your personal information will only be available to third parties that are involved in processing your order. Our employees and our associated companies are obliged to protect and respect the confidentiality of your data.
Your personal information is safe with Parts-Wise
We appreciate the trust you place in us and we will therefore treat your information very carefully. When you place an order or check your account on Parts-Wise, Parts-wise uses one of the most modern technology, the Secure Socket Layer. For technical and operational reasons it may be necessary to transfer your data to servers of companies related to Parts-Wise in the Netherlands. However, your data will always be protected and kept confidential.
Access, correction and right of objection
If you have or have entered into a relationship with Parts-Wise in any way, you have the opportunity, after submission of a written request, to access your personal data. If the overview provided by us contains inaccuracies, you can request us in writing to change the data or have it removed. You also have the right to request data in a file so that another party can obtain and use this information.
